This is a great Mexican restaurant. Atmosphere, food and service. All excellent. There are many good servers here, my favorite is Ruben Rodriguez. He’s the best in my opinion. There are many others that are fantastic. The management staff is friendly and accommodating as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for a meal or a margarita. There’s many windows and a great bar with several TV’s. Whether it’s lunch or dinner, you’re always welcome.
Today I had a friend visiting from Las Vegas and I wanted to make sure he had a good impression of Dallas Mexican food, and I never get it wrong going to Mi Cosina (Coit and Campbell). We were greeted by the manager Liliana who was very cordial and friendly. We were serve by Alfredo, he was amazing, top notch customer service. We were indecisive, Alfredo's suggestions for dinner was on the spot. Appetizers, fish tacos, Carne asada, fajitas and of course the best mambo taxi Margaritas. I will say the guacamole was delicious and super fresh. I also should compliment the chef and staff for their work. The dishes were delicious. 10 out of 10 all around.
We have been dining at Mi Cocina Watters Creek for over 8 years and we have established a family there among the staff and management. Some of our favorites are Angy, Karla, Erika and Griselda and Kevin. Outstanding service and we love the food and margaritas! The patio dining is a view to behold and enjoy! The only wish would be to add or replace dessert options, like skillet apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and/or sopapillas! Those items would be a hit! Thank you for your wonderful service to us!! Decided to give Mi Cocina a second try today and definitely glad I decided to! My server Martin was 10/10 will for sure be returning to this location.

I had a great experience here at Mi Cocina! Our hostess Mia sat us quickly and was very kind and accommodating when part of our table was late showing up! I tried the brisket tacos and absolutely loved it. The mix of the fresh tortillas and tender meat was amazing. I will definitely be coming here again!
